Your tasks:
- Link between the customer, the sales department and Gurtec GmbH with all associated departments.
- Collaboration in all sales tasks of the company for the sales department.
- Independent preparation of quotations and their seamless tracking in SAP.
- Active coordination of deadlines with customers.
- Creation of order confirmations and consistent tracking of order processing in SAP.
- Supporting our customers through proactive communication and needs assessment.
- Close communication with all areas of the company.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with a business background.
- Several years of experience in active sales (inside sales).
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working.
- Good communication skills, solid knowledge of English and preferably French and enjoy making phone calls.
- Confident in using MS Office products and SAP or other ERP systems.
- Organizational skills, strong communication and teamwork skills as well as technical understanding desirable.
- Independent and autonomous work.
- Confident and fair demeanour towards customers.
- A strong organizational talent, a high level of enthusiasm and the perseverance to achieve set goals.
